This months theme was “Pig Out”. And pig out we did. With nearly every vendor offering a specialty pork dish just for the event. Whether it was chicaronnes, lechon, chocolate covered bacon, or a peanutbutter and bacon popcicle, you were sure to get your pork fix.
However, when it comes to a pork festival, theres really no better way to do it, than to just bring the entire beast down to the show. And thats exactly what our friends at Baja Style did.
It was definitely a day to be remembered, hosting the most vendors, and patrons to date. And it only gets better from here. Between the live music, ono grindz, contests and prizes. Im certain everyone got a bit of what they came for, and then some.
