And a TON of bacon.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for BaconFest. This may have been the biggest one yet, and as always we couldn’t have done it without you.
Thousands of hungry grinderz joined us at our regular kakaako location (555 South St) for a very popular theme. BACON.
I mean, come on… how doesn’t like bacon?
And there was lots of it to go around. From bacon nachos, to BLT sliders. Bacon popcicles, bacon shakes, heck, even a couple of people selling bacon all by itself.
You could feel the bacon love in the air. And obviously smell and taste it. But you could even see it, with people showing up with their bacon gear.
We saw quite a few Bacon Strips shirts (shout out to the sauce bause, and epic meal time)
And if the t-shirt alone wasnt enough for you, there was this guy. From the tie down to the socks, and even his bacon tattoo (which he wrote his 2nd place winning poem about)
This was definitely one for the records. Thank you all for being a part of it.
